Spreading some love…
I’ve set myself a challenge to make more of the camera on my phone. It’s not a great camera, nor am I a photographer. But I quite like the grainy sometimes shitty look of them and I love the sporadic snapshot appeal. I want to start taking more pictures on my phone. I mean it sometimes is just not possible to always have a camera with you and it can even be a bit annoying getting a chunky slr camera out. Soooooo for the times in between the blackberry fruit machine can fill the blanks. I’ve uploaded a few to my flickr for anyone who cares enough to have a gander.
Whilst in Greenwich it began to pis it down. Not horrificly cool/nice rain. Shit rubbish rain. So we were saved by the Maritime Museum, which was great! We went to the ‘Toy boats’ exhibtion which I read about in one of the Museums Journal issues I was working on. I really would recommended it. You don’t have to be specifically be ‘into’ boats to enjoy it either! The whole exhibtion despite it being small has been so carefully considered and beautifully excuted. I really really enjoyed it. I’m just upset that some of my other pictures didn’t turn out properly. Ah ne mind! At least this one of the epic sinage isn’t half bad.
I’ve been at the Hand & Eye studio today with the lovely Rosa De Carlo. She let me visit to have a look around and take some pictures… which has also spurred me on to update my flickr account. Rosa so kindly explained the various aspects of how to print and how they work at Hand & Eye to produce their beautiful printed material. The studio is full of the most beautiful typesetting machines and printing materials, with an epic collection of wooden and metal type. If you click on the picture here it will redirect you to my flickr account where you can see more of the snaps I got today, please forgive me though — I’m not a photgrapher, however critism is always welcomed!

It’s my birthday today and I’ve been bloody spoilt rotten! Look at my beautiful teapot that the boy has got me! It’s soooooo lovely! I could scream I’m that excited.

Whilst working at Esterson Associates I have recently worked on Museums Journal. Museums Journal is a magazine published monthly by the Museums Association and is the leading source of news and information for museums and galleries.
This is the most recent issue of the magazine and here are some of the spreads that are my contribution to it.

Whilst working at Esterson Associates I have been working on Therapy Today. Therapy Today is a monthly magazine for counselling and psychotherapy professionals, I figured that with it being a monthly magazine it will get seriously boring to keep adding it to my list on my website… So I’m just putting it on here instead.
Each month we choose and commission a different illustrator to respond to the features producing a cover illustration and 3 inside illustrations. This issue features illustrations by Emmanuel Romeuf. The main cover story was on the sensitive subject of S&M sex, which meant that it was important that we got the right idea and tone across in the illustrations.

DIANA F+
Purchased a lovely Lomography Diana F+ camera… I’m generally pretty behind the times but thought I would try it out. Been taking quite a few pictures since I got it at the weekend… About a dozen of them I had forgotten to take the lense cap off… Right bloody idiot! Ne mind. Looking forward to seeing what the crack is when I develop them!
FUNNNNNN! WOOOOOOO!
